April Summary
Here’s a breakdown of my April running.
April has been a really good month for me. I’ve smashed my personal bests in the 10km, 15km, 10 miles, 20km and half marathon! My training has gone up and I’ve got my best total distance for a month as well. I even crossed the 50km+ in a single week - twice.
Sadly though the longest runs I’ve been on are half marathons and the last week of April was a poor week for distance (zero). So in May, I need to get some long runs in and keep up with the training and not let up.
